We had a little decompress after the New Year and are back....

As 2020 is a Leap Year and also the Chinese sign for the year of the Rat, mix and match these themes or use them singularly....however you would like to make your submission totally awesome!!!

New Theme-Christmas

Without delay we will start our November/December theme for the Artblog with an open Christmas theme. Anyone stuck for an idea maybe take inspiration from some of these Christmas Movies.

New Theme September/October- Halloween

Boulder Artbloggers!!!

It's time for one of our most popular themes of the year Halloween. We decided to give a bit more time on this one, so starting this week 18th September until October 31st.

New Theme July 2019

Theme new theme for July on the Artblog will be "Star Signs". Be as creative as you like and we are really looking forward to seeing the submissions this month. You have until August 5th to get your artwork up! Happy Artblogging!

New Theme: Medieval

The Western theme was a huge success so we've decided to do another historical theme for March.
We have decided upon.....

 "Medieval"

Submit your castles/cathedrals, sirs/serfs, maidens/monarchs and anything else remotely medieval by the 29th March to be in with a chance of winning a prize. As always the theme is up for interpretation; magic and sci-fi elements are welcome.

October 2018- Halloween

As we have the month of all things Spooky upon us. We are going to keep the October subject matter loose and go with a very broad Halloween theme. Anything from favorite horror move characters to scenes of gruesome goriness, will be right up our alley!

July Theme-Prehistoric Life

Hi guys,

The art blog is now open for new submissions relating to the theme of Prehistoric Life!

Feel free to incorporate fantasy and science fiction elements if you wish; we won't be disqualifying anyone for robot T-Rexes or fictional creatures - as long as it retains the spirit of the theme. Illustrations, animations and character designs are all welcome.
The deadline for Prehistoric Life will be the 10th August, one month from now. Another vote and another prize awaits

So we have a quick theme for the remainder of May into start of June. Deadline around June 5th so you have the bank holidays to get those creatives socks on. The Theme is

So anything in and around this theme would be awesome, photography, illustrartion, animation. You name it if you made it post it!!!

Welcome Back Bouldermedia Artblog-New Theme!!!!

Hi Everyone,

A huge welcome back and an even bigger welcome to some new members of the Bouldermedia Artblog. I am delighted to announce that the Artblog is back up and running after a few little changes.

The rules are basically the same:

• One theme running for roughly one month.
• Themes are to be stuck to as near as possible.
• Any medium will be accepted.
• Keep it clean, this is a professional Artblog!
• You can post as many times as you wish.
• All submissions are to be done in your own time and you are not under any obligation to submit, this is all a bit of fun, so don't put yourself under any unnecessary pressure.

There will be an inhouse vote done in Boulder at the end of the month and the winner will receive a prize for their work!!! This is a chance for Boulder creatives to showcase some of their personal work.
