I recently re-watched some old episodes of Ranma 1/2, Maison Ikkoku etc. some of my sweetest childhood memories! So, this started as a tribute to the Rumiko Takahashi's girls, aaaaaaaand.. I have no time. So here's just Lamù (that's the Italian name).

I have something else I'd really like to draw though, maybe I'll find some time.

A very well done to Shane Sadlier who is the winner of the Bouldermedia Tee-Competition that has been running the last few weeks. Shane took all the staff in the studio and turned each and every one into a creature. A job well done Shane.

I am not Nick and would not like to put the responsibility of these designs on him but I haven't worked out how to post as me yet so here we are.

And there's not much to say now apart from having more time I would have edited bits and pieces here and there, should I have the title logo on the back or on the sleeves, life is just so full of decisions.  

Either way the drawings wouldn't have been any better.

Hey Boulderheads! (it's catchy),

When the "theme" is to draw something that 'represents' a company... it becomes kind of daunting. Especially since Boulder are the ones that picked me up from the streets and gave me a shot at being a paid artist (Thank you! :D).

So I instead thought about our product, cartoons..and the people that watch them..which really is everyone who has a tv in the house. It doesn't matter if your 5 years old or 90 years, poor or rich, everyone gets a laugh out of cartoons. So all you people out there watching cartoons and keeping us in a job. Thanks :P

Bouldermedia T-Shirt Competition-Theme 22

Yo BoulderCrew!

So, we are going to be doing something slightly different for Theme 22. We think it is about time we had a crew t-shirt made up. So this is your opportunity to show us what your made of (not that we don't know how talented you bunch are already) and come up with a unique design to represent the studio. It would be great to steer towards something that is definitively Boulder, whether you incorporate past, present and future shows but keeping it classy as it will represent us as a crew(not naming names...Rob Fletcher :) !!!!). All information you need will be in the Artblog folder on the server. Vector Bouldermedia Logo and T-Shirt template etc.
The deadline is the 12th of July, so make sure to have all submissions posted to the Artblog not later then that date. Voting on the winner will be done like we usually do for the Artblog themes. With a VERY special prize for the winner.

This Fairytail is about a girl who travels to the end of the world in order to rescue her Brothers which have been cursed and turned into ravens when she was only a kid. After meeting the children-eating sun and the cruel moon the friendly stars give her a key to open the door leading to her brothers, she lost it though, so she had to cut off one of her fingers to use it as a key  ...and finally Happy End!! :D ( bad quality foto following)
